At UpPrintEngineering, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

To request a refund, contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if applicable. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
